I had an excellent experience with this company. My air conditioning stopped working during a heat wave, and Salvatore provided outstanding service. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and determined to get the problem resolved. He went above and beyond by coordinating access through a neighboring condo so he could safely reach my unit, and he kept me informed throughout the process. I truly appreciated Salvatore's patience, expertise, and dedication to making sure everything was working properly before he left. Thanks to his hard work, my air conditioning is running again, and I couldn't be more grateful. Ed has been taking care of our family's HVAC needs (& more) for almost 10 years and 3 moves. He saved us from buying a house with a lot of issues back in 2018, and has helped us out countless times over the years, including today. Ed is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and reliable people you will meet.  I had a boiler go out on one of the coldest days this winter.  Ed came out ASAP to see what he could to get my heat running.  There was a crack in the boiler that could not be repaired as it would not solve the issue permanently.  A person with less integrity would have applied a temporary patch and charged more money to come back out when it failed.  I priced another company (Ed's suggestion).  I already knew I was going with Ed and Sal but I checked just to see the pricing.  Not only did Ed beat the other company but the salesperson made the statement, "a smaller company can install it but if anything goes wrong you'll never get them back out here."  I told him you don't know Ed.  That alone let me know I was right all along.  You will not find anyone as honest and reliable.  Ed always goes goes above and beyond.  Thanks Ed!!!!!
